Fluffy white exteriors with light green leaves
Characteristics of this plant are waxy loved green leaves with pale lavender flower clusters which I believe to be this plant as it covers all of those.
I believe this to be a yarrow because they have the flat/dome shaped tops of the clustered white flowers. And it can get to about three feet high like this one.
I believe this to be the seaside buckwheat plant because it have the small mounding evergreen stems with the soft pink/white flower tops.
I believe this to be the gum plant because they have open branching with a daisy like flower that is in totally less than 6 inches long
