Several of these clumps were in crevices in the midtidal zone. Eggs were same size as salmon eggs, approx 3-5mm.

Baby ochre star, sure clung and felt like one.
Very, very small anemones (<1cm). Could not see the base as they were covered by algae but this would be my best guess.
