I’ve never seen a snow plant before and when saw I it I assumed it was some alien-chimera abomination egg clutch but it’s actually just a parasitic flowering plant that sucks the life from trees. So, not far off
on side walk near the rode, appeared completely in tact, may have fallen from the tree right above where it was found, maybe 4ish inches including tail feathers
