Another pesky individual at Quito! Pulled and bagged.
Lots of plants popping up on this stretch of Speedway by the park. One of 7 scattered individuals found west of Monument Wash out to Wentworth. All mapped on stinknet.org.
1 plant, didn't see more, it was out there in a "remote" area, happy that it just so happened that 2 people who work with this plant regularly decided to camp out there and happened upon it 😒
Very small warbler with mainly blue-gray upper parts, greenish-yellow back patch, two white wing bars, bluish and rufous breast bands indicative of a summer male, and prominent white eye crescents top and bottom. May or may not be the same individual seen here throughout the fall and winter. Found in Cottonwood tree between the covered pavilion that juts into the pond and the bridge. A Cooper's Hawk flew in just after we took these photos so hurry over if you want to see the Parula!
Already dropping seeds! One large plant on curb. Pulled and bagged.
Single plant on curb. Pulled and removed. Apparently I can ID this plant while traveling at 40mph.
found three or four individuals scattered next to the road.
Found another in this weird little park. Pulled and bagged.
