The third was seen 2018-01-21 rather close to Oued Jenna ( 22.680367, -14.495726 ) on the road at night
Is it possible to see if they are Stenodactylus petrii or Stenodactylus sthenodactylus
from these crappy pictures??

The Sand Cat was discovered at the roadside but ran into the desert when we stopped the car. It moved around 600 m along the road in 40 minutes. Sometimes running, sometimes hunting.
The area was very open with nearly no bushes but some very short green vegetation.

It was a lot of rodents along a distance of 40 km from Oued Jenna towards Dakhla. In two nights around 35 of this species.
