On my long-suffering husband's arm. This is coming up in iNat CV as Bibio, but none of the sp. suggested seem to have a significant fall flight. And a forward search did not reveal any fall-flying, black-legged Bibio IDed to species in Switzerland. It is small -- maybe 7–8 mm.
