Larva was collected from Woodlands Historic Park on 21/10/23. Adult moth eclosed on 12/2/24. I believe this one is female as it is slightly larger than the moth that eclosed on 8/2/24 (https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/198758057). The case is also slightly larger. It was difficult to get photos of this one as it was easily startled and I didn’t want it to fly off around the room. I tried to get some photos of the abdomen. I had put the (presumedly) male moth in the same container as this one. Unfortunately the male died on 11/2/24, before the female eclosed.

Edited to add photos comparing the size of the male and female specimens. A bit tricky as the male moth died in an awkward position and had shredded his wings a bit.

Larva was collected from Woodlands Historic Park on 21/10/23. Adult moth eclosed 8/2/24. Initially thought it was one of the Lepidoscia, based on the case style, but over time it added a few sticks to the side of the case. Now the adult moth has eclosed, I’m pretty sure it’s Trigonocyttara clandestine. A first for me, so that’s exciting. I collected 3 of these at the same time. One sadly died after managing to climb down a very small hole into the water jar for their foliage. The other may still be pupating. The other one is slightly larger so may be a female.

Edit: The other moth eclosed on 12/2/24 and was indeed female. I’ve added photos comparing the size of the male and female. Unfortunately the male died on 11/2/24 and was a bit tricky to position for the photos, but the size difference should still be clear.

The flash of iridescent blue caught my eye and I spotted this little skink sunning itself. Speedy little guy didn’t want to sit still for photos. Apologies for the poor quality photos, they were taken on my phone at full zoom to avoid startling it.

Woodlands Historic Park. I was looking for Uraba lugens when this little mantis photobombed. It was speedy and didn’t stay still to get decent photos. I’m guessing a nymph? Possibly Orthodera ministralis
