Very small, cute woodpecker foraging up high in tree. If I remember correctly, there were 2 of them. I think they were Japanese pygmy woodpeckers but am not sure. Apologies for the terrible photos.

Tons of burs which got stuck to my clothing. I removed the burs and placed them below the mother plant as I didn't know at the time whether or not they were native, and didn't want to spread the seeds.
