I did not manage to get a photo of this teeny-tiny moth because it wouldn't land and hold still long enough, but after browsing nearby sightings and comparing photos/descriptions, I'm pretty sure Psychomorpha epimenis is what I saw. Just wanted to make a casual observation for my own records and documentation.
