The size of a large hawk or eagle, but the completely white throat thru under tail, and lack of red tail feathers make ID difficult. Appeared too large for an osprey. The 4th phot shows that the tree is at the edge of Hammonton Lake and the house roof beams give a bit of size scale.

Reyezuelo Corona Amarilla (Regulus satrapa)Observ.
lynneeDescripción
This tiny bird (smaller than a chickadee or Carolina wren) was very active (thus only one photo)- wings fluttered in an imitation of a hummingbird in slower motion when examining the tree branches. Black and white features had sharp contrast, crown appeared to be black (didn’t see gold or red). Abdomen was all white.

Four of these on young fig tree. Very black with bright white spots. Very alert, quick, avoiding the camera by moving behind the stem. Less than a cm in length. No “obvious” wings with naked eye.
