These footprints were on the edge of the lake. There is no sign of the animal coming up on land. Would love if someone could identify - suspect it is a deer, as with all the snow, they are wandering around.

Two things here. First - there seems to be a date issue on photos. This was 2024-02-16, not the date that is posted. Second - Another cat retrieval. Think the cat was innocent as there were no signs of cat damage. Suspect it was a victim of the snowstorm.

Two things here. First - there seems to be a date issue on photos. This was 2024-02-16, not the date that is posted. Second - This bird which I believe is a dovekie was presented to us by a cat. There is no way that he caught it himself, so must have retrieved the carcass from somewhere. We have a lake in front of us and the Atlantic to the east, so suspect the traveler was a victim of the snowstorm.

Two things here. First - there seems to be a date issue on photos. This was 2024-02-16, not the date that is posted. Second - We are having trouble identifying sparrows, and think that there may be more than one species - therefore 3 birds are included as multiple pictures of each bird. This is bird 4.
