According to the phylogenetic study of Packer (2008), of bees belonging to the genus Chilicola, the subgenus Toroediscelis is characterized - in males - by presenting a modification in the posterior trochanter (except C. orophila), in which they present a spine internal, which can be more or less pronounced depending on the species and/or the specimens. In the present case it is possible to see in the third photograph the spine projected from the posterior trochanter, appearing as a small lump that can be seen from the top view.
Of the bees belonging to the subgenus Toroediscelis, C. orophila must be ruled out as it is the only one that does not have said pronounced spine. C. tregualemu should also be ruled out due to the presence of yellow spots on the anterior tibiae (black in C. tregualemu). Finally, the possibility of C. olmue must be ruled out due to the presence of a proximal yellow spot on the medial tibias and the strong projection of the internal spine of the posterior trochanter. Additionally, in C. minor the legs are brown, almost black.
According to Toro & Mondelke (1975), in Chilicola minor the projection of the internal spine can be pronounced or can decrease until it disappears. Likewise, the size can vary quite a bit between each specimen and the extent of the yellow spot in the paraocular area can be extended or disappear, depending on the specimens.
The following observation allows the association of sexes to be carried out, which is why it is possible to identify a significant number of observations present in Inaturalist: https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/36328199

Faint golden reflections on head, back of scutum and scutellum and first abdominal tergus. Metanotum and back of the propodeum metallic bluish green. Metallic bluish-green metasomal tergi, with tan premarginal stripe; distal edge of the tergi dark in color. Brown tarsi. General hairiness of yellowish straw color, with small sectors of black hairs on the vertex and distal margin of the clypeus. On the forewings: 1r-m distal to 1m-cu.
