Growing around 3500', north-facing slope right above Mink Lake. A few growing in the area, mostly on rocky outcroppings. I've only seen this species in the Sol Duc and on the ridges separating the Sol Duc and upper Bogachiel, around 3500-4000.' The Burke museum website says this species has been collected around Mt. Baldy at 2500' on the northeast side of the Olympics and also around where my photos were taken.
Many ants crawling around on the flowers.

not at all sure on this ID. 2 individuals found in kelp holdfast. We initially thought they were slugs because they were so squishy. small shell visible on the dorsums. size approx 1cm across by 1.5 cm long. note the siphon on the bottom individual.
