the Summit of Mt hay was quite green with the wash down of water from recent rain has promoted the re growth of weeds, ferns from before and the re sprouting of the eucalyptus.

Looking across Mt Hay and into the Gross Valley, you see a lot of heath , Banksia or similar that has been burnt and only a little bit of visible re - growth about.

This looks like a grevillea, It was found where there were no other of its species - I found it quite unusual to see it as the surrounds were harshly burnt and there was nothing at all that looked similar.

Fungi - a very small sign of life in this region of the bells line of road blue mountains, With the landscape severely scorched there is very little sign of re growth on the ground. Here I was lucky to spot some Fungi

I clearly don't know this fungi, so any help to identify it will be appreciated.
