Can you tell a woodpecker species based on the holes it left in the tree? iNat's algorithm suggested red-breasted sapsucker. There were many more holes in the adjacent tree that look a little different but probably made by the same bird or at least same species, i would guess. Should I add that photo here or would it be its own entry?
