I'm a Master Naturalist volunteer at Itasca State Park, have worked on the Dr. Roberts interpretive trail and wrote a guide to the park. I'm just learning about the details of nature, so much to know! We have a large lot with a wet forest on the edge of town. With help I'm reclaiming it from a robust stand of buckthorn, and it's fun to see what's been hiding or dormant in there.
