I am Assistant Professor of Biology at Union College in Barbourville, KY. I started my job in August 2020, so I'm very new to the area and excited to learn Appalachian natural history!
I am finishing up my PhD with Matt Carling at the University of Wyoming. I study hybridization and speciation in passerine birds.
I'm originally from southwest Michigan.
