I'm an amateur naturalist and photographer. The majority of my observations are in my yard in Carver County, MN, which is roughly an acre and includes a mix of natural lakeshore, woodland edge, and pollinator gardens, all with an increasing amount of native plants. I started by photographing birds but I'm also interested in bees, wasps, butterflies, moths, plants...basically anything I see. I love learning about how we're all interrelated and sharing my enthusiasm for the natural world with others.
