Hi there, my name is Carissa! I have a bachelor degree in forestry, with an emphasis in wildlife ecology and management. I've loved being out in nature since I was a little girl and I've only come to love it more as I get older. I'm interested in pretty much any living thing, but birds have lately become a new favorite (I blame my dad and Ornithology class! :P ). I'm always eager to learn more so please feel free to correct me on anything I might've misidentified, and I'd especially appreciate an explanation as to why it's wrong so I can learn from my mistakes!
