I have been interested in nature all my life, especially butterflies and plants. During my time at university I worked on the phylogeography of montane plants in Europe. Now I am particularly interested in the identification and biogeography of butterflies and plants, with a focus on montane and alpine species, as well as breeding and gardening of native plant species.
Currently owner of an office for environmental planning located near Frankfurt, Germany.
