I come from a suburban upbringing in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, fully reconnecting with innate childhood curiosities for the natural world after a couple years spent living in Yosemite National Park. Currently a re-entry student at Monterey Peninsula College, with plans to transfer to California State University, Monterey Bay. There I will be pursuing a B.S. in Environmental Science with a focus in Applied Ecology.
More times than not, one will catch my curious eye following the flights and sounds of a bird, but my natural interests span widely across terrestrial fauna and flora. After receiving my degree I will be on the hunt for field work within Wildlife Management.
