195- Dagvlinders, Sprinkhanen, Nachtvlinders, Libellen (en Vogels) tellen in LiveAtlas

Het is ook mogelijk om je vogeltellingen te combineren met lijstjes van andere soortgroepen. Of bijvoorbeeld alleen dagvlinders en libellen te tellen. Deze gegevens worden verwerkt en gebruikt door De Vlinderstichting.

In LiveAtlas kunnen ook zoogdieren, dagvlinders en libellen geteld worden. De invoer werkt in principe hetzelfde als bij vogels: houd een compleet lijstje bij langs je route. Bij deze soortgroepen voer je alleen geen overvliegend in en gebruik je de broedcodes niet. 

Kies zelf de soortgroep(en) die je telt

Aan het begin van elke telling kun je aangeven welke soortgroep(en) je gaat tellen. De app geeft automatisch de keuze van je vorige telling weer. 

1. Tijdens de telling kun je alleen de soorten van de gekozen soortgroep(en) kiezen en invoeren.
2. Wil je halverwege een telling toch een soortgroep toevoegen, dan kan dat via het menu rechtsboven en de knop [ Soortgroepen actief ]
3. Geef aan het einde van de telling aan welke soortgroepen je langs de hele route compleet hebt bijgehouden.

Anders kijken

Voor iemand die gewend is om naar vogels te zoeken, is het kijken naar dagvlinders en libellen net even anders. Voor deze insecten moet je dichterbij kijken en meestal ook een stuk lager dan je voor vogels gewend bent. Als je kiest voor vlinders en/of libellen, wees je er dan dus van bewust dat je je zoekstrategie aanpast. Het is de bedoeling dat je alle aanwezige individuen op naam brengt. Zeker de eerste paar keren zal dat even wennen zijn. Heb je een soort echt niet herkend omdat hij veel te snel voorbij vloog? Vul dan eventueel de verzamelsoort in (bijv. glazenmaker onbekend).

1. De oplossing was "Vernieuwen basisdata", maar dat is nergens te vinden. Mocht u in de "LiveAtlas-SOVON"geen niet-vogel- soorten in kunnen voeren en is dit ook nooit gelukt, probeer dan uw basisdata te vernieuwen in het menu "Instellingen".

Met veel ruimte voor vragen (live chatbox) over de techniek, methodiek en hoe je in het veld telt.

   A churchyard or burial site may be the most ancient enclosed piece of land in a parish, town or city. The grassland will have been relatively undisturbed, re-seeding naturally for hundreds if not thousands of years. It will also have been both mown for hay and grazed by animals during its time as a burial ground. A benefit of this continuity of management over a very long time is a rich diversity of grasses, flowers and animals.

   Learn of the INNS or Invasive Non-Native Species that inhabit and grow in the Brecon Beacons National Park, the impact they have and what you can do help map & eradicate them.

   The talk is at the start of INNS week, an annual event to raise awareness of invasive species and how everyone can help to prevent their spread.

   This event is one of a series BIS are running to promote the wildlife that makes its home within the Brecon Beacons National Park (BBNP) and is thanks to funding from the Brecon Beacons National Park and CLIF bar. Although its focus is on the BBNP and promoting wildlife to individuals and communities within the Park the topics covered will be equally valid across Wales and the UK.
