LPC students take BioBlitz on the road
Zoology students traveled less than 20 miles away to the cold waters of Alameda Creek in Sunol Regional Wilderness. With the expert guidance of a East Bay Regional Park District naturalist and three docents, LPC students identified multiple orders of larval insects and even saw toe-biters, worms, frogs, and a snake. Congratulations to our adventurous students!

Congratulations to all the Botany, Microbiology, Zoology, and Biology Club/Beta Beta Beta students who have already contributed to our BioBlitz Bonanza at Las Positas.
An important note about your observations: Please review each observation you have posted and mark any that are cultivated/captive. For example, anything that the College has planted as landscaping is considered cultivated.
