This week 305 observers made 1272 observations between Sunday, May 29, 2022 to Saturday, June 4, 2022. Among the top five observers, @jmgconsult observed 129 examples of life in the Anacostia watershed; @epic2112 contributed 86; @mmmmbugs contributed 69; @matgerke contributed 53 observations; and @belyykit contributed 48. Rounding out the top 10, @dtread1 contributed 42; @stephen220 each contributed 39; @vwiest contributed 33; @wilpersm contributed 31; and @jorbogmont contributed 25. 160 people contributed one observation, 50 people contributed two observations, and 31 people contributed 3 observations. Plants stayed in first place with 445 observations. Insects stayed in second place (428 observations), and Birds stayed in third place (133 observations). Protozoa again had the fewest observations, with 7.
