This orchid is only known from a collection made near Tingo Maria in the Huánuco Region in Peru.
Small tufted epiphyte with slender roots and small ovate pointed leaves. It is seems likely that it is an epiphyte of tree species and to have been found in the forests of the area where the specimen was collected.
