Habitat and range 3
Found in the upper to mid from Oregon to Isla Magdalena, Baja California (MAC). More common in southern California and disturbed areas.
Morphology and identification 3
Ephemeral green algae. Bright green blade, often small. 1.5 – 2cm tall, growing in clusters. Blades oval to irregular shaped and are 2 cells thick (very thin).
