Pine Tree Reserve walk

It was a windy and cold afternoon when I walked around Pine Tree Reserve for about 34 minutes. There were many different types of plants and species, and my first finding was a white wood aster. It is one of many aspects that make up biodiversity. As I continued exploring on a trail, I came across my first sighting of a chipmunk, which was passing by, and heard many crickets chirping all around me. It was a satisfying and wonderful experience as I continued to see various plants, species, rocks, and the fresh smell of the air. Since I grew up in a city, this is the first time I recognized that this particular moment is an example of cultural ecosystem service.
