Originally thought is was the holm Oak, then I noticed that the sweet acorn oak has the same stringy pods. Don't find any photos of the Holm oak having any. The acorns on the observation photos is the same we got last year.

Think it's a juvenile, we observed two fish eagles flying and calling above us yesterday morning, about 2km away from where I observed this eagle.
