Does not match speceis in area that look like horse shoes. This one is rather large and the above mushroom in black is strange.
Seems to be well dead red beech.

I have no idea if this is lichen or fungi. Was 83x zoom on a very high tree.

Likely native P. djamor complex but much thicker and a different brown colour on top. Will grow out and see...

Strange oyster this one. From an area where many people through time came on ships. I would say this Is different to anything I’ve ever seen. The universe was playing tricks again, went out to the beech and this log was lying on the road on the way back.

Was the size of a car wheel. Also different to others in the area not horse shoe but really flat. Host was well dead and could be Kauri. Managed to get micro tissue sample from needles and culture.

This is the strangest fungi I ever have seen.
I thought this was insect egg but nope it was definitely fungi.
Had like a slime over it and when dirt spilled on it slime moved to one side and started dripping off.

This stinks and there is something to be discovered from that smell. What is it? its so potent.
