CV suggested a water bug! Little, smaller than 1/4 inch. Third tick that has bit me. Could not feel the first two. This felt like a sticker or scratchy stick was poking my leg.
Using pointed tweezers to grab as close to skin worked, but it came apart and I was lucky there was enough to grab to get the head out.

2 Osmia, went for the one on the Bitter cherry, swung through Hackelia and caught another.
They do not seem identical so
I'm not sure which was from Bitter Cherry OR Hackelia.

WaBA 4, notes.
Eucera male caught patrolling between both white larkspur and bitter cherry.
Many males seemed to be exploring the area. They were also exploring the sunny cut bank along the road. Saw a Nomada hesperia with pale, nearly white bands, and a Chrysid type green jewel wasp too high to reach.

WaBA 7 Two Osmia males. One on Bitter Cherry, one on stickseed. One swipe got both, was going for the one on the cherry, got the other on the Hakelia by accident.
If identical male Osmia, split so oone goes with each plant.
