The bobcat family is back in our yard today.

8:00am - The mother sits along the back fence under our hedge while the 3 kittens play in the yard.

9:30am - Family appeared to depart. They went to the side of the house to nap in one of my garden boxes.

12:30pm - Family is awake and in the back yard again.

3:22pm - Family is napping beside the house in a garden box.

5:30pm - Family appears to have wandered off.

The kittens are still nursing.

The location is on the northwest section of Duck Creek behind Creekside Drive. As you can see by the picture, he was just resting on the rock outside the storm drain. This is a normal spot for all dogs on this trail to stop and sniff. He was just as shocked to see us as we were to see him. My dog, Penny who is a 66 pound Golden Retriever, thought it was a regular cat so she started to make some noise like she was going to go after him! Not a regular kitty! Anyway, after taking the picture, I walked back to take a second look and he immediately jumped from the rock into the storm drain. Of course, we have not seen him since this sighting on Monday.
