VERY BIG MAYBE on SPECIES level call. Trying to work through a key.
Microscopy:
spores = 12-12.5 um, brown, regular spaced rough "spines", internal nodules,
sporocyst = 0.8 mm diameter
sporocarp = 1 mm
columella = reachs just beneath center of sporocyst and far less than 1/2 the height

Different coat color than usual, mottled towards the head
Dead by car.
Edit: Additional info. Light cream colored underside with no discernable head markings.
