Descripción

The shrub was large and thick with many evergreen saw-toothed leaves. The red berries were in many clusters. It popped out in the corner of my eye from the Coastal Sage Scrub.

Descripción

The tree was small, had many spread out branches. The large, compound flower stems and blue berries were easily seen, and the saw-toothed leaves were compound. It grew in the understory of the Coast Live Oak Woodland.

Descripción

The plant was a semi-woody shrub with thin, rough stalks, small needle-shaped leaves, and grew outwards. The flowers were globe-shaped with numerous tiny flowerlets colored pink and white. The shrub grew in a local patch of Coastal Sage Scrub.
