ID'ed originally as a Yellow-billed Flycatcher which is the best fit of the expected species; 8/27/21 Photos later scrutinized and ID changed to Small-billed Elaenia. Several have stated that the presence of three wingbars eliminates the similar White-crested Elaenia.
