Near the NM Dept. of Game & Fish headquarters, west of Santa Fe, Santa Fe Co., New Mexico, USA.
The distinct blue color and well-developed 7th midline (vertebral) stripe separates it from the similar six-striped Plateau Striped Whiptail (A. velox) which also occurs at this site.

What seems to be a hybrid of Viridis and abyssus, found right where the two overlap.. Thoughts? I'm fully open to the idea of either really.
