This picture was taken with a non-digital camera in Fall of 1984, I can't tell which day or month. I took several caterpillars from the WILLOW trees around Hubing Pond to my apartment within an easy walk of the Pond, where I could easily get willow branches to feed them. That's where the caterpillars made their cocoons, and also where this adult eclosed in the spring of 1985, close enough to get back to the Pond. I can't be sure these are all one individual but thought they should go together for convenience If you don't like that, I can separate the three.
