Ground pine. It could be one of the other Dendrolycopodium species, but it's difficult to tell from such old photos. The stem below the branches is what leads me to think this could be D. obscurum, rather than D. dendroideum and the microphylls on the branches appear to be fuller (more ranks) than on D. hickeyi. Of course, I could be wrong. :-)
I'm uploading a few photos from various trips to Scott's Gulf. These were all from late April, May and early June of 2006.
I apologize for the crappy focus -- I realize that makes it more difficult. But there are many small serrations along the edges of the fronds. They were fairly distinct.
