This is Caladenia 'Red stem" which currently falls under the cloak of Caladenia chlorostyla, but differs radically in a number of details. These are frequently twin flowered.
It is easily recognised by the red glandular hairs and red trichomes present on the dorsal sepal which C chlorostyla lacks entirely. However hybrids of this can also have these features.
Because it shares habitat with C chlorostyla and readily hybridises with it [hybrids often referred to as C 'aff chlorostyla'], it has not as yet received full recognition due to confusing populations where often hybrids dominate.
However there are many sites where there are pure populations and at these there are a number of other minor defining features evident. These include the head shape of the calli on the labellum disc, the lateral calli on the midlobe of the labellum, the average general stance of the dorsal sepal and petals at maturity to mention a few.
