Only one mature bush found off The Big Walk, but a number of seedlings found further downhill along the walk. Seems to have the potential to become a serious weed. Definitely not L. japonica, which is also present at the bottom of the walk just downstream of the swing bridge on the west bank of the Creek. This record doesn't have the climbing habit of L japonica but is more shrubby. Himalayan Honeysuckle is a serious environmental weed in south-east Australia.
