Flew within feet of the Kubota while I was driving.
This guy appeared on my pants as I was mowing the yard. Not sure about the species and would love to know more about him.
The jay came quite close, watching us on our hike through Mineral Hill in Breckenridge.
There were multiple clumps of these around the hike. Bright reddish orange with a slim oozing from it.
Sorry about the blur, but I am curious if this is the Eastern Whitelips or another species.

Field Notes - i think it was a magpie lark chasing this predator away. good luck - not the easiest of identifications.

Field Notes - The beautiful bird was flapping around in a tree, it seemed to have had a little trouble keeping it's grip.
I saw this beauty land in the wetlands and it was perfectly placed to get this photo.
