I found this location from a paper about the American Chestnut trees on Sugarloaf mountain, run by Stronghold Inc. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.acf.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/StrongholdHist.pdf&ved=2ahUKEwi1n_XAt_LzAhUBqHIEHbcqA8MQFnoECAwQAQ&usg=AOvVaw2zVMk2bzBWKq5l1ZkMt7r6
The trees are all still there in both the East Field and this area. And it was so exciting to see them!
bright, metallic green bug. could fly. has small white spots on the side of the abdomen
On a continuum with others seen, but this seemed to be the extreme of not-quite looking like normal poison ivy.
