Descripción

This juvenile American Alligator was found resting on a log next to the water in Lettuce Lake Park. It was around 4-5 feet in length and still rather small. The alligator has a striped tail and a yellowish underbelly. The weather at the time of discovery was sunny at 93°C. There was little to no wind.

Descripción

Found toward the entrance of the park. This plant as an alternating placement of leaves and distinct red, orange, and yellow colored flower. This short, woody plant signifies that it is a subshrub, classifying it as a tropical milkweed.

Time: 1:22pm

Climate: 88 degrees Fahrenheit and humid; sun was bright and strong; clear skies

Location: tortoise was found alone in the grass next to the road inside Lettuce Lake Park

Description: Large, tough shell that is brownish grey in coloring. It is approximately 2-3ft in length.

Descripción

The deer were spotted in a suburban area which was my backyard in my hometown. The weather was hot and temperature was around 80 degrees. The air was kinda moist because it had rained recently. The deer always are near a like swamp area in my backyard. There is an area with a lot of bushes and trees. There is canal behind our house. The deer like to walk along there. Their pattern on their body allowed for the identification. The coloring of brown and white. The deer are common to florida. I used myfwc.com.

Descripción

These pictures were taken at 1:09pm in 91 degree weather. It was sunny out with some clouds and a slight breeze but no rain. Squirrel was spotted sitting on a tree stump surrounded by a lake habitat.
