Approximately 33 acres, oak-hickory-pine forest with approximately 2,300 feet of shoreline on R.L. Harris Resevoir with 1 ephemeral creek running along property boundary. Mostly xeric habitat, but with a mesic strip along shoreline descending to small swampy patch where the creek flows into resevoir. Indicator species suggest historic savanna, but mostly forested today with early signs of mesification. A few acres of recently cleared land and some small buildings present, but little recent disturbance. Flora almost entirely comprised of native species.
