I'm a first year Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences PhD student at Texas A&M University. My current interests are phylogeography of neotropical mammals, the evolutionary relationships of tree squirrels, historical biogeography, and the role of museums in the future of scientific research and education. I am currently working as a curatorial assistant at the Biodiversity Research and Teaching Collections and can be found every so often in the field acting as a teething device for rodents.
