Avid canoeist and cottager in the Kawartha Lakes region, ON, Canada. Life long nature enthusiast that became fascinated by Nitellopsis obtusa when it was identified in the bay near our cottage in 2018. I am participating in the Starry Stonewort Collaborative for the Great Lakes Basin’s starry stonewort monitoring program launched in 2020. Also a member of the Kawartha Lakes Stewards Association.
