COVID-19 and CERB has allowed me the time to expand my photography and identifying skills on Belle Island. I have been able to spend around four hours a day on this beautiful, sacred, wild piece of property on the Cataraqui River in Kingston. Just minutes away from downtown it is a treasure and privilege to explore the island and watch the species grow, unfold, flourish, come and go!

A huge thank you to all the identifiers who take the time to check out my observations then nudge, correct or disagree pushing me to go back and check again. They're usually right!

Thanks for stopping by!
