I've been interested in reptiles and amphibians since I was preschool aged (now retired, so it's been a while). My home base is Colorado, where my husband and I continue to find new places to explore. I worked several years with Colorado's endangered Boreal Toad, am interested in early life history stages (eggs, tadpoles, metamorphs) of amphibians, and have recently been doing more concentrated field work on Colorado whiptail (Aspidoscelis) species.
