My love of nature began at an early age, growing up in the woods of Kentucky. I studied Neuroscience and Psychology at University of Kentucky, and Brewing Science at UC Davis. I served as the director of a naturalist guiding agency in Yosemite National Park for 4 years, and am now a lab technician at a brewery in Sonoma County, California. Walks in nature, rock climbing, mountaineering, and kayaking are my favorite activities.
