Weekly statistics between February 14, 2021 and February 20, 2021

This week 38 observers made 172 observations between Sunday, February 14, 2021 to Saturday, February 20, 2021. Among the top five observers, @stephen220 observed 32 examples of life in the Anacostia watershed; @carrieseltzer contributed 22; @tiberiusdreadnought contributed 15; @dtread1 contributed 13; and @ronwertz contributed 11. Rounding out the top 10, @rauvbbj and @vwiest contributed 8 each; @kristin-marie contributed 6; and @amelia_tydings_lynch and @lauriedkr contributed 5. 19 people contributed one observation (same as last week), 5 people contributed two observations (also same as last week), and 1 person contributed 3 observations. Birds stayed in first place (81 observations), followed by Plants (53 observations) and Fungi (18 observations, despite the freezing weather!). Animalia was the least observed Taxon, with 1 observation. Ray-finned fishes were not observed at all for a fourth week in a row!
