Ah, thanks. Now the old genera of cinnabarina have gone to history. As a herbarium worker we were wondering why many Trametes-species are eaten when they are in the shelf; so, they are full of small eggs and larvae of beetles when they come in. Likewise, also the old Pycnoporus is eaten in the same way. That could have given a hint of those two genera being one... ;)

Moreover, referring to the map above: I think cinnabarina is not living in tropics at all; they are sanguineus and maybe some other species.
